BIMEX played a pivotal role in securing New Cairo’s water network. We installed multiple anti-water hammer protection systems across several pumping stations and along over 100 km of pipelines. Notably, the Pump Station (lift 3) received a surge protection system with six tanks, each boasting a capacity of 100 cubic meters. This project was a milestone in ending the dominance of foreign companies in this field in Egypt.
