APPLICATION

Needle valves are designed for precise flow control and regulation. While butterfly and gate valves can be used for regulation, they are not ideal for continuous operation in this capacity.
Using these valves continuously for flow control can lead to material wear and a shortened operational lifespan. Additionally, butterfly and gate valves have nonlinear control characteristics due to their asymmetrical closure, making them less predictable in their control functions. In contrast, needle valves are specifically engineered for accurate and consistent control, making them the better choice for tasks that require fine regulation
