Horizontal Type Media filter with multiple filter cells offer an economical design for medium to large flows. Multiple cells within a horizontal unit allow for self-generating backwashing. A self-generating backwash simply means that multiple cells in forward filtration produce the backwash water, which is fed directly into a single cell in backwash. This configuration eliminates the need for backwash supply pumps and large volumes of backwash water storage.

STANDARD PRODUCT
- Filter vessel is made of carbon steel.
- Maximum working pressure: 8 bars
- Working temperature: 0°C – +70°C
- Flange end connections according to EN1092-2: PN10 & PN16
- Color RAL5015, Powder epoxy coating at least 300 μm thickness is electrostatically applied
- Quality control: All products are tested hydrostatically at BIMEX
- Material and test certificates can be provided
- Test pressure = working pressure x 1.5

- Filter can be supplied with/without face piping and valves
